Questions before choosing equipment

What can be supplied?

We supply robot arms and grippers. We do not supply complete workstations. Confirm the models, quantities and product options in an itemized quotation.

How do I choose a gripper?

Provide dimensions, weight, center of gravity, contact surfaces and the required orientation. The gripping method and interface need a project-specific assessment.

Can I use existing equipment?

Share the machine and controller details. Interface compatibility and communication requirements must be checked for the proposed configuration.

Can cycle time or accuracy be confirmed from the video?

The footage shows movement. It does not establish verified cycle time, complete-system accuracy or production capacity. Agree a representative test and measurement method for your project.

Who handles installation and support?

The customer or their system integrator is responsible for complete-cell design, installation and commissioning. Our supply scope is robot arms and grippers; product support terms are confirmed in writing.

Does the robot determine the safety of the complete system?

Assess the complete application with the responsible project team, including equipment, tooling and site conditions. Agree safeguards, interlocks and acceptance requirements separately.

What is needed for a sample evaluation?

Start with part photos, dimensions, weight and the required movement. Sample quantity, test scope, costs and timing are agreed later; no fixed test period is promised.

How are price and delivery confirmed?

Request a quotation for the robot arms and grippers, product options and delivery destination. Price, delivery conditions and product support terms are confirmed in writing.

Tell us what your part needs to do.

Start with the essentials. Detailed drawings and sensitive information can be discussed later.
